Associate Members are invited to participate in the annual meeting (held during the Blade Show) but are not eligible to vote. All Associate Members receive:

- You can choose whether or not to receive a membership card and a new member packet.
- Receive AKTI emailed news
- Copies of key AKTI publications
- Access to valuable knife business information
- A membership certificate suitable for framing
- Platinum Associates can list three people in the membership record who receive membership and industry emails and website logins.
- Platinum Associates are eligible to participate in various programs, such as donating knives to legislators, and are invited to round table discussions and industry presentations.
