The legal issues regarding the Federal Switchblade Act (FSA) seem to get more confusing, not clearer. In Anthony Sculimbrene’s September article “What Does the FSA Mean?” published by Knife Magazine, he delves into more issues about what violates the FSA. These muddied waters need to be cleaned up!
As a nonprofit association, AKTI’s role is to be the reasonable and responsible advocate for the knife-making and knife-using community; educating, promoting and informing that knives are important tools.
