Knife Preemption Bill Prefiled in South Carolina
(December 18, 2013) – South Carolina State Senator Kevin L. Bryant (R-3) has prefiled SC SB 885. This bill would add knife preemption to the existing firearms preemption law to keep cities and towns from passing their own ordinances restricting knife carry.
