Two years in a row – knife preemption bill failed to move in Mississippi. Enacting knife preemption would make Mississippi the sole authority on knife laws. No local government or political entity can enact any law more restrictive that the state law.

2015 Pennsylvania Bill Will Remove All Knife Restrictions
