Thanks to Rep. Patrick Brennan (R-Chittendom-19) for listening to the American Knife & Tool Institute’s concerns about Vermont law prohibiting valuable automatic knives.  He has introduced H. 13 to repeal the prohibitions on them. 

The latest “Know Your Knife Laws” article by Dan Lawson, attorney and knife expert, shared with Knife Magazine, addresses the basic questions concerning the routine public carry of pocket knives concealed in one’s pocket or handbag.  He explains why the American Knife & Tool Institute (AKTI) is working to clarify that pocket knife in legal definitions includes all knives designed to be carried in one’s pocket!
